Commercial Wastewater Services
Typically, commercial wastewater systems range in site-specific materials based on flow, terrain, floodplain, space, and general site conditions.
Our standard market is based on wastewater projects under the TCEQ Chapter 285 Regulations for the State of Texas for projects requiring up to 5,000 gallons per day per tract of land. Any projects requiring municipal permitting will be specifically designed under those regulations. Allow one year for permit approval process!
Overall, we have installed a variety of system types including Conventional Septic Systems with Leaching Chambers, to more advanced treatment methods such as aerobic treatment with the Delta EcoPod media, using spray or drip discharge.
Large septic tanks can range from custom concrete manufacturing to single large units, such as pre-assembled package plants or Xerxes fiberglass. Grease Interceptors also fall under these commercial designs. Many projects require lift stations or flow equalization methods to collect and transfer wastewater to containment and processing.

Commercial on-site wastewater projects range in cost due to materials, but primarily labor. Rock projects are significantly higher than projects with soils.
